Aveiro City Hall wanted to create a few videos to communicate the city's Participatory Budgeting in which community members decide how to spend part of a public budget.
We've created a main promotional video to call for entries and explain what this budgeting was about and also 5 additional videos: A tutorial to explain how to apply; How the criteria works; The voting process; The timeline and How the people should engage with their community projects.
